Cold and cough remedies
Gel for bruises and swelling

Sterile gauze pads, bandages (plain and elastic), plasters

For your household

Baby Fever medicine made for babies and an oral syringe. Ask a doctor or pharmacist which one and from what age; the dose goes by weight, as the leaflet says.
Child Pain and fever medicine in a children's form (syrup or suppositories) with its measuring spoon. No aspirin for anyone under 16.
Pregnancy Ask your doctor or pharmacist which pain and fever medicine is safe for you now, and keep that one in the kit. Keep your pregnancy card with your documents.
Breastfeeding Ask a pharmacist which medicines in this kit are fine while breastfeeding, and mark them.
65+ Blood pressure monitor with spare batteries, and a weekly pill box
Allergy If a doctor prescribed an adrenaline pen, keep one in the kit and check its date
Fridge medicine Cool bag and cold packs, for insulin or other fridge medicines during a power cut
Pet Pet kit: gauze, elastic bandage, tick remover, saline eye wash, the pet's own medicines and your vet's number. Never give a pet human medicine.

Check dates every few months and after each use. Prescription medicines are not suggested here: ask your doctor.
